Let's Get Physical - Office Edition aka Deskercising

Seems like only yesterday I was up at Preston Hollow Dance shaking my thing and learning the real-deal moves to Thriller. Well, in some ways it seems like yesterday and in some ways it feels like forever. I have missed PH Dance's owner, Holly, so much - like we are summer camp best friends who spent this magical time together and then had to go back to real life.

I was so excited to head back to the studio last night for her Adult Barre Sculpting Class. I've mentioned before that I am a believer in the Tracy Anderson Method, and this class is very true to that but with real humans, more personality and focus on form. It was a really awesome class - I am sitting up straighter and my legs are wobbly today - and a welcome break from talking to Tracy Anderson on the TV in my living room with no reply.

Since Holly is now my personal fitness expert, I asked her to help me get through my work day feeling as fit and fab as I do when I am leaving her classes. As we began our deskercises together, we wanted to roll video to show all of our friends in cyberspace how to work it out while you're at work. I am actually doing my headrolls right now as I type this post on my lunch break! I am so grateful for people in my community like Holly who work it a better place through humor, friendship and fitness.
